Originally from Newcastle upon Tyne, UK, Bob Gilmour passed through France, Poland and Ecuador before settling in Oregon, USA in 2010. In the rich surroundings of the Willamette valley, he made connections made with some local, talented musicians and breathed new life into original songs which had only ever previously been played to a live audience. After teaming up with the local Corvallis-based Gingerbob Productions studio who have perfected the ‘adult-blanket-fort’ recording studio style, the late 80s and early 90s sounds of There Be Gingers found a new home.
